MERCY HEALTH ARENA 4-10-21

The Phantoms returned to Muskegon, Michigan on April 10, 2021 to play in a spirited Black vs. Gray game at Mercy Health Arena.  For the first time in the history of these specialty games, the Phantoms were able to secure Lee Andrews (from the Muskegon Lumberjacks) to public address the game as well as Jeremy Bos (from the Muskegon Lumberjacks) to DJ the game.  Hanna Kirschner provided the operation of the scoreboard and statistics.  The final score would read 8-7 Team Gray, however, would ultimately be considered a 7-7 as Dominic Downing (pictured in white Fox Motors jersey) would be allowed to skate one shift and 'score' a goal int the contest.  Following the Black vs. Gray game, a group of 62 tickets would be sold to watch the Muskegon Lumberjacks battle the Dubuque Fighting Saints.  The group was split into a Black Team and a Gray Team via a player draft earlier in the week to help keep both sides balanced and it worked.  Nate Skoboda (Black) and Chris Laux (Gray) would captains for the event.  Andrew Page created the game medals for all precipitants shown below.
